What golfers say
Westport is a good spot if you're looking for a relaxed round where you can practice without pressure, and you'll likely have the course to yourself. However, expect the course conditions to be rough, with bumpy cart paths, patchy grass, and inconsistent greens.

How we score
The NearGolf quality score (0–10) is a weighted blend of reviews, difficulty, price and course pedigree — the same score shown in the app. We label courses we do not have enough signal on as "Not yet rated" rather than guessing.
What the score reflects here: Horrible maintenance, ruined greens, and patchy grass.
Honest data on 11,977 U.S. courses across 51 states — booking info verified, quality scored only where we have real signal.
