NearGolf score rates overall quality (0–10). USGA rating & slope measure difficulty — how hard the course plays, not how good it is.
What golfers say
Rockleigh has a decent layout with some character across its nine-hole loops, and it's usually not too crowded. However, the Blue 9 is in rough shape with poor tee boxes, and some golfers have run into rude staff.

How we score
The NearGolf quality score (0–10) is a weighted blend of reviews, difficulty, price and course pedigree — the same score shown in the app. We label courses we do not have enough signal on as "Not yet rated" rather than guessing.
What the score reflects here: Good layouts but highly inconsistent maintenance.
