NearGolf score rates overall quality (0–10). USGA rating & slope measure difficulty — how hard the course plays, not how good it is.
What golfers say
Pickering Valley has a fun layout with challenging greens that offer chances to score or really struggle. The price is a big plus, though some golfers mention the course conditions aren't always the best and pace of play can be slow with too many people out there.

How we score
The NearGolf quality score (0–10) is a weighted blend of reviews, difficulty, price and course pedigree — the same score shown in the app. We label courses we do not have enough signal on as "Not yet rated" rather than guessing.
What the score reflects here: Scenic layout, but conditions are only average.
