What golfers say
Pheasant Run has a layout that some golfers really like, and the staff is consistently friendly. However, the greens are a major issue for many, described as slow, spongy, and in rough shape, and the rough is often thick and makes finding balls tough.

How we score
The NearGolf quality score (0–10) is a weighted blend of reviews, difficulty, price and course pedigree — the same score shown in the app. We label courses we do not have enough signal on as "Not yet rated" rather than guessing.
What the score reflects here: Terrible greens and poorly maintained fairways/rough.
Honest data on 11,977 U.S. courses across 51 states — booking info verified, quality scored only where we have real signal.
