NearGolf score rates overall quality (0–10). USGA rating & slope measure difficulty — how hard the course plays, not how good it is.
What golfers say
This is a struggling mall, with many stores closed and empty spaces. Even fast food places like Taco Bell and Sonic have left, which is a bad sign. The only thing busy seems to be the indoor pickleball court.

How we score
The NearGolf quality score (0–10) is a weighted blend of reviews, difficulty, price and course pedigree — the same score shown in the app. We label courses we do not have enough signal on as "Not yet rated" rather than guessing.
