What golfers say
Blackmoor has a nice layout with lots of doglegs and is generally well-maintained, especially the greens, making it a good value. However, some golfers have recently found the course to be saturated and in poor condition with mud and weeds, and one reviewer mentioned a negative experience with a course ranger.

How we score
The NearGolf quality score (0–10) is a weighted blend of reviews, difficulty, price and course pedigree — the same score shown in the app. We label courses we do not have enough signal on as "Not yet rated" rather than guessing.
